MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST
This special meeting of the City Council of the City of Lake Forest held Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at the Lake Forest Senior Clubhouse, 100 Civic Center Drive, Lake Forest, California, was called to order at 5:00 p.m. with Council Member Yu arriving at 5:15 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of our Country was led by Council Member Cirbo.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No public comment was offered.
PRESENTATION ITEM (Item No. 1):
MOTION: It was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Voigts, seconded by Council Member Pequeño, to approve Presentation Item No. 1. The motion was carried by a vote of 4-0, with Council Member Yu not present during the vote.
1. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PRESENTATION
City Manager Rose introduced this item and invited Administrative Services Manager De La Paz to introduce Jacob Greene and Associates Senior Advisor Tony Coletta. Mr. Coletta provided a presentation. Council questions were asked and answered. No public comment was offered.
ACTION: The presentation was received and filed.
ADJOURNMENT: The Special Meeting of the City Council was adjourned at 5:57 p.m.
