Said Ordinances and Resolutions which appear on the public agenda shall be determined to have been read by title and further reading waived.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
California Government Code 36934 allows titles of ordinances and resolutions to be waived.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is minimal fiscal impact associated with the recommended action.
