VICE MAYOR ROGERS MOVED AND MAYOR PE SECONDED TO APPROVE THE
CONSULTING AGREEMENT WITH ISES CORPORATION TO COMPLETE A
FACILITY CONDITION ASSESSMENT OF THE LAKEWOOD EQUESTRIAN CENTER IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $40,000 AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT IN A FORM APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY.
UPON ROLL CALL VOTE, THE MOTION WAS APPROVED:
