REGULAR MEETING AGENDA
TUESDAY, 05/03/2022
~ 3 ~
At each regular City Council Meeting, the City Council is presented with check and ACH/wire registers listing the financial claims (invoices) against the City for purchase of materials, supplies, services, and capital projects issued the prior three to four weeks. This process provides the City Council the opportunity to review the expenditures of the City. Claims are paid via checks, Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, or federal wires. The justifying backup information for each expenditure is available in the Finance Department.
CC 4. Monthly Report of Investments – March 2022
Recommendation(s):
Accept and approve the March 2022 Monthly Report of Investments as submitted.
Each month, the Finance Department prepares a report listing the investments for all separate entities under the jurisdiction of the City as identified in the City’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
CC 5. Additional Authorization No. 2 to Multi-Year Traffic Engineering, Planning, and Related Professional Services (Service Group Category 2 – Strategic Transportation Planning) for Safe Routes to School Master Plan Refresh
Recommendation(s):
Approve award of Additional Authorization No. 2 to with Redman Consulting, LLC, of West Linn, OR, for services, in accordance with the Multi-Year Traffic Engineering, Planning, and Related Professional Services Agreement, Service Group Category (SGC) 2 – Strategic Transportation Planning, to update the City’s Safe Routes to School Master Plan, in the amount of $ 50,690.00 ; and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to sign all documents.
Due to limitations created by COVID-19 school mandates, the services originally scoped for the subject task order, became insufficient to accomplish a thorough refresh of the City’s Safe Routes to School Master Plan. City staff worked with Redman Consulting, LLC, to determine the best solutions to these limitations to develop an extended scope of work to satisfy the goal and objectives of this refresh effort. A Scope Revision Authorization No. 1 was issued on December 13, 2021, with no fiscal impact on the original task order. For instance, rather than hosting in-person community engagement events and walk audits, virtual events and platforms were created to garner the necessary community involvement and feedback. The ongoing need to adjust the scope now requires a fiscal extension to the originally authorized amount.
CC 6. Parcel Map Approval – Parcel Map No. 72532-02 (Located on the Southeast Corner of 60th Street West and Avenue L)
Recommendation(s):
Approve the map and accept the dedications as offered on the map for Parcel Map No. 72532-02; make findings that this project will not violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474.1, and 66474.6 of the Subdivision Map Act; and instruct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the certificate, which embodies the approval of said map and the dedications shown thereon.
