It is recommended that the City Council:

The City of Lancaster has observed a growing concern over drug-related issues among its residents. As part of our ongoing commitment to addressing these challenges, the City is considering multiple solutions, one of which is the establishment of a drug treatment program.

Teen Challenge, a nationally recognized program, has showcased promising outcomes in drug rehabilitation. Its comprehensive approach offers potential insights for a similar initiative in our City.
