Subject:Approval of Multi-Year Professional Service Agreement Recommendation:
Approve Multi-Year Professional Service Agreement with Turbo Data Systems, Inc. and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all task orders.
Fiscal Impact:
There are sufficient funds available in the City Council appropriated Public Safety Operating Budget in the amount of $126,000 for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
Background:
Turbo Data Systems, Inc. has processed parking citations, notices, and handled collections of payments for the City of Lancaster since 1993. The contract term of three (3) years with two one (1)- year extensions. This is an amendment to the initial contract term.
