Background:
On March 8, 2022, Council approved the award of RFP 752-22, Lancaster Performing Arts Center (LPAC) Lighting Improvements, to purchase the materials necessary to upgrade LPAC to LED lighting. Due to long lead times on the equipment, it was necessary to split the materials purchase and installation services into two separate contracts. This contract completed the installation of the previously purchased materials, as well as network and power upgrades in order to complete the conversion to LED Lighting. The new LED lighting is more efficient and cost effective than the existing incandescent lighting, it allows LPAC to advance and remain competitive and convenient for touring artists.
