AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NUMBER 2
FOR PROCESSING OF PARKING CITATIONS
(“Amendment”)
The Agreement for Processing of Parking Citations (“Agreement”) dated September 9, 2014, between the City of Lancaster (”City”) and Turbo Data Systems, Inc. (“TDS”) (collectively, the “Parties”) is hereby amended, to be effective upon execution of this Amendment. Specifically, the Parties desire to renew the Agreement, as contemplated in and pursuant to Section 3 of the Agreement.
Accordingly, the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Section 3 in its entirely and adding a new Section 3 to read, as follows:
3. TERM.
This Agreement shall be renewed upon execution of Amendment Number 2 by the Parties, and shall continue in full force and effect through June 30, 2023, unless the Agreement is sooner terminated in accordance with this Agreement; provided, howe ver, that the City and the Consultant may mutually agree in writing to extend the Term of this Agreement.
The Parties acknowledge and agree that all other provisions set forth in the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
