Approve the developer-constructed streets on the following project. In addition, accept the streets for maintenance by the City and for public use.

Conditional Use Permit No. 16-08 Southeast corner Avenue K and Division Street Owner: Circle K Stores, Inc
Fiscal Impact:
Estimated value of Capital assets accepted is $93,360.86.
Background:
The streets have been constructed and completed by the developer according to the approved plans and specifications. The work has been inspected and found to be satisfactory to the Director of Public Works.
