THIRD AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT The Agreement for Professional Services dated January 29, 2021 between the City of Lancaster (“City”) and Cohen Ventures, Inc. DBA Energy Solutions, (“Consultant”) is hereby amended, to be effective as of February 14, 2024. Specifically, the Parties desire to modify the contract by changing the length of the agreement from 36 months to 48 months, effective February 14, 2024 through February 14, 2025. Consultant shall bill the City at rates attached as Exhibit 1.
Accordingly, the Agreement is hereby amended by updating the term to 48 months and updating Appendix A to reflect the term of 48 months.
