PROPOSAL GENERAL PARAMETERS
This scope of work is designed to provide a newly manufactured modular building to serve as a modular restroom in Lancaster, CA. The design and specifications are based on substantially matching your revised layout as requested. The end product would be a 12’ x 40’ modular structure comprised based on BOXX Modular standard specifications.
SCHEMATIC PLAN
DIVISION 1- GENERAL CONDITIONS
The following items are included and will be provided by Boxx Modular and its subcontractors:
• State of CA-HCD Division plan approval, inspection & tags for Commercial Modular Structures • Administration, construction management and project supervision. • Construction Drawings for modular structure
• Construction Drawings for modular structure foundation. • Construction Drawings for Ramps, Steps, Decks
The following items are not included:
• Temporary Fence
• Temporary Power, Water, Sanitation
• Dumpster
• Architect of Record services.
• Civil Engineering
• Building plan check & permit fees from local AHJ
• Other associated governmental fees not specifically mentioned. • Site development drawings
• Any additional testing, validation, certification, or documentation not specifically identified in this scope of work.
• Compliance with any project specific labor agreements other than DIR prevailing wages for site work.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS BID IS CONTINGENT ON THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. Pricing quoted herein is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of this proposal.
2. Pricing quoted herein is based on an CA-HCD state approved modular building for a B occupancy using type 5B construction. Additional requirements by the local authority having jurisdiction may be cause for a price adjustment.
3. The Proposal is submitted based on the understanding that the Agreement to be signed shall have terms and conditions, including a payment schedule (see below) and terms, which are subject to the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing agreement and mutually agreed upon by both parties.

4. BOXX’s willingness to enter into a contract at the price and/or terms of payment proposed is contingent upon satisfactory credit review and approval.
5. Any Project Schedule provided with the Proposal is an estimate. Project Schedule will be confirmed at or around the time of Award and may be subject to change orders throughout the Project.
6. Seller’s proposal is based on newly manufactured modular structures. Delivery of the structures is dependent on the actual production schedule on the date an agreement is fully executed.
7. Due to volatility in fuel prices delivery charges are subject to a fuel surcharge at the time delivery is scheduled.
8. BOXX’s willingness to enter into an agreement at the price and/or terms of payment proposed is contingent upon satisfactory credit review and approval.
