Subject:Award RFP 808-24 & 809-24 Performance Metrics Implementation and Optimization Contract
Recommendation:
1. Award the contract for RFP No. 808-24 "Human Resources Department Performance Metrics Implementation and Optimization," and RFP No. 809-24 "Public Safety Department Performance Metrics Implementation and Optimization," to AveNew Solutions, LLC, based on a competitive evaluation score and the comprehensive nature of their proposal.
2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to finalize and execute all related documents.
3. Find that this item is not a project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
Fiscal Impact:
Sufficient funds of $528,165.00 are available in the Administration’s Professional Services budget account number 10110000.5710.
Background:
AveNew Solutions, LLC submitted proposals in response to RFP No. 808-24 (Human Resources) and RFP No. 809-24 (Public Safety) for performance metrics implementation and optimization. The evaluation process involved scoring from multiple evaluators, and AveNew Solutions, LLC achieved the highest average score for RFP No. 808-24. For RFP No. 809-24, AveNew Solutions, LLC scored competitively, demonstrating their capability to provide an optimized solution for both Public Safety and HR Departments with specialized teams for each task.
The evaluation committee has carefully reviewed and scored the proposals based on criteria that measure the firm’s ability to meet the City’s needs.
