Subject: Amending Classification Schedule and Increasing the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Headcount
Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution No. 24-__, amending Resolution 24-06, establishing a compensation schedule for various classifications of employees of the City of Lancaster and adding one (1) FTE position increasing the City of Lancaster’s FTE count from 305 to 306.
Fiscal Impact:
None. The total cost of the additional FTE position is $48,353.82 to fund 3 months for the remainder of the fiscal year 2023-2024 will be fully covered by the agreement with AVAQMD.
Background:
The AVAQMD governing board determined that additional personnel is needed to perform the necessary job functions and duties in partnership with the City of Lancaster.
