AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING
SERVICES BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF LANCASTER AND CLIFTON LARSON ALLEN LLP (EFFECTIVE MAY 07, 2024)
This Amendment (“Amendment No. 1”) is hereby entered into by and between the City of Lancaster, a Municipal Corporation, in the State of California, and CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CONSULTANT) with respect to Exhibit “A & B” of the Agreement for professional auditing services between the parties dated March 22, 2022 (“Agreement”).
The parties agree as follows:
1. Section 7A of the Agreement is hereby replaced as follows:
The total compensation to be paid by OWNER to CONSULTANT for all work and services described in the Scope of Services is not to exceed $444,600. CONSULTANT’S fees and charges for the work and services performed shall in no event exceed those set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. Extend Agreement as provided in Exhibit “A”, Scope of the Work to be Preformed – For one, one-year extension, extending the agreement to June 30, 2025.
3. Update Pricing that is noted in Exhibit “B” of the Schedule of Pricing & Contract Term – Increase FY2024/25 pricing to $175,700.
4. Approve additional Statement of Work (“SOW”) to the Master Service Agreement
5. All other terms and provisions of the Agreement are hereby reaffirmed.
