Services
The types of public services proposed to be provided for and financed by CFD No. 2021-1 (Public Services) are including but not limited to:
• Fire protection and suppression services;
• Ambulance and paramedic services;
• Police protection services, including, but not limited to, criminal justice services; • Maintenance and lighting of parks, parkways, streets, roads, and open space; • Flood and storm protection services, including, but not limited to, the operation and maintenance of storm drainage systems; and/or
• Other improvements as authorized by the Act.
