GEOGRAPHIC DESCRIPTION
The proposed annexation encompasses approximately one square mile or roughly 616 acres on the northeastern boundary of the City of Lancaster. The annexation area would be bounded by Avenue I to the north, the existing city boundary primarily along Avenue J to the south, 50th Street East to the west, and 60 th Street East to the east. The boundaries of the annexation area are shown in Exhibit “B”.
