GEOGRAHIC DESCRIPTION
The proposed annexation area encompasses approximately 14.5 square miles or roughly 9,280 acres on the northern boundary of the City of Lancaster. Specifically, the annexation area would be generally bound by Avenue B to the north; 30th Street West to the west; Edwards Air Force Base boundary/Challenger Way to the east; and the existing northern boundary of the City to the south. The boundaries of the annexation area are shown in Exhibit B.
