Adopt Resolution No. 24-__, declaring an intention to amend Resolution No. 24-22, approving Senate Bill 1 (SB 1) Revised Proposed Project List Form, and allocating funds in the fiscal year 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Budget to clarify Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) funded projects.

Background:
On May 28, 2024, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 24-22 approving the fiscal year 2024- 2025 SB 1 Proposed Project List form and allocation of funds in the Capital Improvements Budget. The projects included the 2025 PMP – Road Rehabilitation Project (CP12ST056), Street Sweeping Maintenance (CP12ST057), and Streets and Roadway Maintenance and Repairs (12ST058) on the proposed project list.
An attachment for all the project details and the table needs to be a part of the project list packet, therefore, Staff recommends the addition of Exhibit A of the Resolution.
