Recommendation:
Approve the purchase and installation of Audio and Visual systems for the Police Station.

Fiscal Impact:
$269,820.71 as per the attached COA Associates Estimate #EST10274 to be paid from account 10130000.5710.
Background:
The City of Lancaster purchased and remodeled a facility for our newly started Police Department.
As part of that effort, Information Technology has been tasked with outfitting the Police Station's conference rooms, community rooms, training rooms, and intelligence and crime center (ICC) with the latest audio and visual systems. The goal is for the remodeled facility to have the best displays, sound systems, and software for highly effective collaboration in person and virtually.
Information Technology staff has continued working with COA Associates, formerly Streamline Audio Visual, Inc., as the City’s audio and visual vendor. After an RFP process, COA Associates / Streamline Audio Visual was selected to modernize the Council Chambers audio and visual systems at the December 10, 2019, City Council Meeting. Continuing to work with this vendor allows for commonality in the City’s audio and visual systems, including programming and software functionality, and interoperability with existing audio, visual, and digital signage solutions throughout the City.
