Nicholas Godin, Assistant Director – PW City Engineering Subject:Final Map Approval – Parcel Map No. 83872 (Located at the Southeast Corner of Sierra Vista Way and Paddock Way)
Recommendation:
Approve the map for Parcel Map No. 83872 located at the southeast corner of Sierra Vista and Paddock Way; make findings that this project will not violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474.1 and 66474.6 of the Subdivision Map Act; and instruct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the certificate which embodies the approval of said map.

Background:
On August 30, 2022, the City of Lancaster Community Development Department approved Tentative Administrative Parcel Map No. 83872 for the subdivision of one parcel into two parcels located in the Semi-Rural Residential (SRR) zone.
The Final Map is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Map. No. 83872, has been examined by the City Surveyor, and is ready for Council approval. In addition, all found and proposed monuments have been set and inspected.
