NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND WORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1. The City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, State of California, is the owner on file of a certain public improvement known as:
Public Works Construction Project No. 22-011 - 2022 Annual Thermoplastic Refresh Program
2. The address of said owner is 44933 North Fern Avenue, Lancaster, California 93534.
3. The location of said public improvement is as follows: PWCP 22-011 - 2022 Annual Thermoplastic Refresh Program See Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and made a part hereof.
4. On July 18, 2023, a contract was entered into with Sterndahl Enterprises, LLC, for the construction, installation, and completion of the above described public improvement and work, and filed for record in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lancaster.
5. The work was completed on October 4, 2023, by said company according to the plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director - Public Works, and was accepted by the City on September 10, 2024. That upon said contract Liberty Insurance Company was surety for the bond given by the said company as required by law.
