restrictiuns, covenants, and conditions of record, if any. 12 2. The express condition that the real property conveyed will 13 be used by the CITY OF LANCASTER for public park purposes 14 and that if and' when said City fails, refuses or neglects to 15 maintain the said real property as a public park for park and 16 recreation purposes, title to the said real property shall 17 immediately revert to the COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES without further 18 notice and without the necessity of any affirmative action on the 19 part of the County to assert any rights in said property; and 20 3. The express condition that at all times and under all 21 circumstances the real property quitclaimed herein shall be open 22 equally to residents of incorporated and unincorporated territory 23 and there shall be no discrimination against ot preference, 24 gratuity, bonus or other benefit of any nature whatsoever given 25 /

Description of County-Owned Property
to be Transferred to the City
Lancaster for Park Purposes
RAWLEY-DUNTLEY PARK 1-1.
Lots 4 and 5, Larson Tract, in the City of Lancaster, County of Les Angeles, State of California, as shown on map filed in Book 13, page 36, of Maps, in the office of the Registrar-Recorder of said County.
Excepting therefrom that portion thereof which lies within the easterly 130 feet of the northerly 310 feet of said Lot 4.
3112-00 Also excepting to the County of Los Angeles all oil, gas, hydrocarbons, or other minerals in and under the above described parcel of land without the right of surface entry for development thereof.
SUBJECT TO:
1. Easements, rights, rights of way, reservations, restrictions, covenents and conditions of record, if any.
2. The express condition that the real property so conveyed will be used by the City of Lancaster for public park and playground purposes and that if and when said City fails, refuses or neglects to maintain the said real property as a public park for park and playground purposes, title to the said real property shall immediately revert to the County of Los Angeles without further notice and without the necessity of any affirmative action on the part of the County to assert any rights in said property.
The express condition that at all times and under all circumstances said Rawley-Duntley Park Shall be equally open
and unincorporated territory and there shall be no discrimination or preference, gratuity, bonus or other benefit given to residents of incor- porated areas not equally accorded residents of unincorporated territory.
