TITLE: Lancaster Municipal Stadium Renovation PWCP NO.: 24-014 CHANGE ORDER NO.: 11
DESCRIPTION OF WORK OR CHANGE:
Item 11.1: The contractor shall remove and relocate an existing conduit containing twenty-six (26) pipes of various sizes in the joint utility trench to below the finished surface elevation along the east side of the soccer field. In accordance with Sections 2-8, Extra Work, and 7-4, Payment for Extra Work, of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, this item shall be considered Extra Work, and payment will be made at the mutually agreed upon lump sum price of $2,037,742.74. This sum constitutes full and complete compensation for providing all labor, material, equipment, tools, and incidentals, and includes all markups by reason of this change. In Accordance with Section 6-4, Delays and Extensions of Time, of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, a determination of delay in the completion of the contract due to the work specified by this Item has been made and the Contractor shall be granted fifty-four (54) calendar days.
