NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND WORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1. The City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, State of California, is the owner on file of a certain public improvement known as:
Skytower Park Exercise Equipment
2. The address of said owner is City of Lancaster, 44933 North Fern Avenue, Lancaster, California 93534.
3. The location of said public improvement is as follows: Skytower Park. See Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and made a part hereof.
4. On July 1, 2020, exercise equipment was purchased from Greenfields and installed in-house by City of Lancaster Staff, with Greenfields oversight. The completed public improvement was recorded with the City Clerk of the City of Lancaster.
5. The work was completed on September 28, 2022 by said company according to the plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director of PARCS and was accepted by the City on September 28, 2022.
