NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND WORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1. The City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, State of California, is the owner on file of a certain public improvement known as:
Public Works Construction Project No. 23-020 - Lancaster Health District Phase I, LACMTA Project ID # F9131
2. The address of said owner is 44933 North Fern Avenue, Lancaster, California 93534.
3. The location of said public improvement is as follows: PWCP 23-020, Lancaster Health District Phase I, LACTA Project ID # F9131 See Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and made a part hereof.
4. On October 27, 2022, a contract was entered into with Nationwide Contracting Services, Inc., for the construction, installation, and completion of the above described public improvement and work, and filed for record in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lancaster.
5. The work was completed on May 13, 2024, by said company according to the plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director - Public Works and was accepted by the City on January 28, 2025. That upon said contract Great American Insurance Company was surety for the bond given by the said company as required by law.
