2.0 Evolv Express
Evolv Express, Concealed Weapons Detection (CWD), helps to proactively keep people and assets safe by using advanced sensors and artificial intelligence to detect a wide range of concealed weapons and threats.
It is the world's first and only touchless security screening solution that is conducive to supporting post- pandemic security screening requirements. This solution operates up to ten times faster and far more effective than traditional screening methods, while providing a touchless experience.
2.1 Solution Technology

Unlike traditional metal detectors, Evolv Express uses advanced sensor technology and artificial intelligence to screen guests while they walk through at a natural pace-without stopping and without handing over their belongings. Express offers a dual lane, free-flow system proven to operate up to ten times faster than traditional metal detectors, alerting operators to the presence of weapons while ignoring harmless personal items like cell phones, keys, and coins.

When a potential threat is detected by the system, real-time image aided alarms show guards where the potential threat is located on a person or in his or her bag. This greatly reduces the amount of physical contact required and allows guards to act quickly and efficiently.

Training Portal and Onsite Training: Evolv provides robust training options through their comprehensive training portal and onsite training sessions prior to their Go Live event, ensuring users are proficient and confident in operating their systems. The training portal offers flexible, self-paced learning at any time, while Go Live onsite training provides hands-on experience and personalized guidance prior to their first Go Live.

3.0 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, customer agrees that ICU Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for specific performance or for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential or special damages of any nature, including without limitation damages arising from or caused by the loss of use of the products, loss of profits, loss of data or use of data, interruption of business, incidents, or lost revenues, even if ICU Technologies, Inc. is aware of the possibility of damages. Customer acknowledges and agrees that neither ICU Technologies, Inc. or its products can eliminate, prevent, or mitigate, in whole or in part, the occurrences of the events or threats that the products are intended to detect and that ICU Technologies, Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, or agents, shall not be held liable for any such failure (which may include without limitation, failure to detect threats, whether due to product failure, human error, customer's operating environment, or external forces outside ICU Technologies, Inc.'s control) or for non-productive time or product down time for any reason, or for acts by third parties that cause harm or damage. Customer shall be solely responsible for the acts or omissions of its personnel, contractors, and agents, including those responsible for operating the products and for the security of customer's premises, personnel, and visitors. ICU Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any claims, actions, suits, liabilities, damages, or losses related to or associated with the personal injury, death, or real or personal property damage arising from or related to any emergency situation, or any other use of the service whether in tort, contract, arising from a course of conduct, usage in trade, or otherwise. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the fees charged for the service are established as a result of the allocations of risk and responsibility described in this section (Limitation of Liability) and that ICU Technologies, Inc. would not have provided the service without Customer's agreement to the allocation of risk and responsibility set forth in this section (Limitation of Liability
