WHBRBAS, the governing bodies of the agencies signatory hereto have macle cleterminations of the atnount of propefiy tax reveuues f}om the annual tax irrcrements to be exchanged as a resLrlt ol'the annexation to Countlu Sanitation District No. l4 entitled Annexation No. 46I ; NOW' TI{EREFORE, BE IT IIESOLVED AS FOLI,OWS:
l. The negotiatecl exchange of ploperty tax revenues lesulting fronr the annexation of territory to County Sanitation District No. i4 iu the annexation entitled Annexation No. -16l is approvecl ancl accepted.

2. For each fiscalyear comurencing on and alter July 1,2024, or after the effective date of this jLrrisdictional change, whichever is later, the County Auditor shall transf'er to County Sarritation District No. l4atotalof0.3008634percentoftheannualtaxincrementattributabletothelandareaencompassed within Annexation No. 161fls showu on the attached Worksheet.
3. No additionaltt'ansferof property tax revenlres shall be rnade fi'om any othertax agerrcies to Count-\, Sanitation DistrictNo. 14 as a result ol'annexation entitled Annexation No. 161.
4. No transfer of propelty tax ittcrements fi'om ploperties within a comurunity redeveloprnent project, ivhich are legally committed to a Community Redeveloprnent Agency, shall be made ciLrring the period that such tax increment is legally committed for repayment of the redevelopment project cos1s.
5. If at any tinte aFter the effective date of tlris resolution, the calculations used herein to detemine initial property tax transfers or the data used to perform those calculations are founcl to lre incorrect thus producing an irnproper or inaccurate propefty tax transfer, the property tax transfer shall be recalculated and the con'ectecl transfer shall be implemented for tlre next fiscal year.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles, the Board of Dilectors of CoLurty Sanitation District No. 14 of Los Angeles County, ancl the governing bodies of Antelope Valley Cetletery District, Antelope Valley MosqLrito & Vector Corrtrol District.
