NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND WORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1. The City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, State of California, is the owner on file of a certain public improvement known as:
Public Works Construction Project No. PWCP 23-008 – Mariposa Park Renovation (Phase I)
2. The address of said owner is 44933 Fern Avenue, Lancaster, California 93534. The location of said public improvement is as follows: 45755 Fig Avenue, Lancaster, CA 93534.
3. On December 1, 2023, a contract was entered into with R Brothers, Inc . f or the construction, installation, and completion of the above-described public improvement and work and filed for record in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lancaster.
4. The work was completed on February 3, 2025, by said company according to the plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works and was accepted by the City on May 13, 2025. Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company was surety for the bond upon said contract and given by said company as required by law.
