CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, by Grant Deed dated September 11, 1995 and recorded on September 20, 1995 as No. 95-1532540 of Los Angeles, California (“Grant Deed”), the Lancaster Redevelopment Agency, a public body, corporate and politic, hereinafter referred to as "Former RDA", conveyed to Rexhall Industries, Inc., a California Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Developer", certain real property situated in the City of Lancaster, California, described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, effective as of February 1, 2012, the Former RDA was dissolved by operation of law and the Successor Agency to the Lancaster Redevelopment Agency (the “Agency”) was formed and created for the purpose of winding down the affairs of the Former RDA.
WHEREAS, as referenced in said Grant Deed, the Agency shall furnish the Developer with a Certificate of Completion upon completion of construction and development pertaining to the use of the Property, which certificate shall be in such form as to permit it to be recorded in the Recorder’s Office of Los Angeles County; and
WHEREAS, such certificate shall be conclusive determination of satisfactory completion of the construction and development pertaining to the use of the Property; and WHEREAS, the Agency has conclusively determined that the construction and development on the above described real property has been satisfactorily completed and the required Certificate of Occupancy has been issued by the City in compliance with the Municipal Code; and
NOW THEREFORE,
1. As provided in the Grant Deed, the Agency does hereby certify that the construction and development has been fully and satisfactorily performed and completed.
2. Said condition subsequent has been fully and satisfactorily performed and is of no further force or effect by reason thereof.
3. Nothing contained in this instrument shall modify in any other way any other provisions of said Deed.
