The District's obligations hereunder shall be satisfied when the District has provided to the City Indemnified Parties the appropriate form of dismissal (or similar document) relieving the City Indemnified Parties from any and all liability for the action or claim involved. Any insurance coverage shall in no way limit or circumscribe the District's obligations to indemnify and hold harmless the City.
