A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ESTABLISHED
CITYWIDE FEE SCHEDULE BY ESTABLISHING FEES
RELATED TO THE CITY’S BLVD TREE DEDICATION PLAQUE
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City desires to formalize the BLVD Tree Dedication Plaque Program to provide a program that allows residents a meaningful way to honor loved ones through the installation of personalized plaques on Lancaster BLVD; and WHEREAS, the City desires to ensure the sustainability of the BLVD Tree Dedication Plaque Program; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to recover costs to contribute to the purchase, maintenance, upkeep, and replacement of the Tree Dedication Plaques; and WHEREAS, the City seeks to establish Tree Dedication Plaque fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LANCASTER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Fees for the BLVD Tree Dedication Plaque Program are hereby established in the amount of $800.
Section 2. The effective date of this Resolution shall be September 9, 2025.
Section 3. Any Resolutions in conflict with provisions stated herein shall be considered superseded by the provisions contained with this Resolution.
