Notice of Intent to Negotiate & Award Contract

The City of Lancaster has completed its evaluation of all qualified proposals for RFP 865-26 Drug Treatment Pilot Program. We thank all proposers for their time, effort, and interest in submitting a proposal.
Results of the evaluation determine that the City intends to contract with Brainstim Centers Incorporated.
The City will enter into terms and negotiations with Brainstim Centers Incorporated with the intention of bringing a contract to City Council for approval in October 2025.
Should negotiations fail, the City reserves the right to select another qualified candidate for negotiations, or to cancel the RFP.
