Los Angeles County Sheriff rates based on actual costs probided by Public Safety using the LACSD 23/24 contract. • Equipment charges are derived from Lancaster's 2021 graffiti abatement rates multiplied by CPI 2021 (8.6%), 2022 (2.5%), 2023 (3.2%). • The two trucks dedicated to graffiti removal are EQ#3854 and EQ#8091. The per hour costs include fuel, labor, and parts. •

City of Lancaster Graffiti Abatement Costs and Expenses • Labor charges are derived from Lancaster's 2021 graffiti abatement rates, multiplied by a 5.0% COLA for 2022, 2.0% COLA for 2023 and a 1.0% COLA for 2024.
Hourly rates are adjusted by the percentage of time the staff member spends on the anti-graffiti project. • Vehicle depreciation cost is a straight-line calculation derived from the fleet assessment data. Charge is per hour based on 20 work days a month, 9 hours per day.
