AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO AGREEMENT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES BY AND BETWEEN THE
CALIFORNIA CHOICE ENERGY AUTHORITY AND THE CITY OF LANCASTER This Amendment (“Amendment No. 6”) is hereby entered into by and between California Choice Energy Authority (PROVIDER), a Joint Powers Authority, in the State of California, AND the City of Lancaster, a municipal corporation and charter city (CUSTOMER) with respect to the Administrative Services Agreement between the parties dated May 10, 2017 (“Agreement”).
The parties agree as follows:
1. “Exhibit C” to the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with “Exhibit C” attached hereto.
2. Professional Services agreements in Section 2 (b) may contain annual adjustments based on cost indices.
3. This amendment is effective July 1, 2025.
4. All other terms and provisions of the Agreement are hereby reaffirmed.
