1. The individual signing this disclosure on behalf of Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. (“Home Depot”), has not personally made any political contributions of more than $250 to any Lancaster City Council Member or other city official in the 12 months preceding the anticipated date of any city council action relating to the approval of the Acquisition Agreement the city proposes to enter into with Home Depot, in connection with a permanent easement the City of Lancaster is requesting from Home Depot. The foregoing disclosure shall not be deemed to apply to Home Depot (as a company) or any agent or board member or any other employee, shareholder, officer or director of Home Depot.
2. The individual signing this disclosure on behalf of Home Depot does not plan to make any political contribution of more than $250 to any Lancaster City Council Member or other city official in the 12 months following any city council action relating to the approval of the Acquisition Agreement the city proposes to enter into with Home Depot, in connection with a permanent easement the City of Lancaster is requesting from Home Depot.
