Accept the work completed by ACCO Engineered Systems, for the MOAH Chiller Replacement Project and direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the project.

Fiscal Impact:
$222,434.12 (including 15% contingency) was awarded based on the original contract. The total project cost is $193,420.97. Sufficient funds were available in Capital Improvement Budget Account Number CP12ZZ009.CONST (GL 10169900-8000).
Background:
The proposed project included replacing the outdated, irreparable chiller for the HVAC system at the Museum of Art and History (MOAH). This replacement successfully protected the numerous artistic assets housed at this facility as the temperature can now be properly regulated.
Construction of the project has been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of PARCS. The project was substantially completed on September 5, 2025, which was within the time permitted by the contract.
The total contract cost is $193,420.97.
