Assumptions:
1 Average monthly KHA labor fee = ~$7,600 based on historical billings. 2 3 The above hours distribution for Task 3 (RFIs) assumes the following:

Senior Professionall II - 6 Hours as Needed
Senior Professional I - 8 Hours/Heavy Month & 4 Hours/Light Month Senior Techincal Support - 24 Hours/Heavy Month & 12 Hours/Light Month Analyst II - 20 Hours/Heavy Month & 10 Hours/Light Month Support Staff - 14 Hours as Needed
4 5 $5,500 is included for BCA to fund record drawings preparation. Their budget was previously spent on RFIs/Material Submittals.

City asked KHA to provide an additional authorization request for three typical months and three heavy months of RFIs, construction meetings, and site inspections. Assume typical month = ~$7,600 and heavy month = ~15,200, for a total of ~$68,400.

The original contract allocation for Task 7 has since been used to respond to RFIs/Materials Submittals. The hours included here match the hour distribution as shown in the Project's original KHA fee proposal and are intended to fully refund the task.
