Recommendation:
Approve the developer-constructed recycled water improvements on the following project and accept the recycled water infrastructure for maintenance by the City.

Fiscal Impact:
Estimated value of Capital assets accepted is $2,500.00.
Background:
The recycled water improvements have been constructed and completed by the developer according to the approved plans and specifications. The work has been inspected and found to be satisfactory by the Director of Public Works.
