Recommendation:
Approve the developer-constructed sewer improvements on the following projsect and accept the sewer infrastructure for maintenance by the City.

Fiscal Impact:
Estimated value of Capital assets accepted is $47,783.00.
Background:
The sewer improvements have been constructed and completed by the developer according to the approved plans and specifications. The work has been inspected and found to be satisfactory to the Director of Public Works.
