RESOLUTION NO. 26-XX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-
2026.
WHEREAS, the budget for the fiscal year 2025-2026 was adopted by Resolution 25-31 on June 24, 2025, and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to amend the adopted Budget and Capital Improvement Program, in accordance with proper governmental accounting and financial reporting practices; and
WHEREAS, funds are available, as designated in the request action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LANCASTER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The fiscal year 2025-2026 adopted Budget and Capital Improvement Program is amended as detailed in Attachment B.
