Dear Ryder Smith,
Please take notice that pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1689, the undersigned hereby rescinds, cancels, and voids the above-referenced agreement effective May 26, 2026.
This contract is being affirmatively rescinded based on the following grounds:
New Agreement: Parties have agreed to create a new agreement whereby Tripepi Smith & Associates provide more extensive communications and marketing support services based on time and materials used instead of a retainer as listed in the current agreement.
