NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND WORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1. The City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, State of California, is the owner on file of a certain public improvement known as:
Public Works Construction Project No. PWCP 23-006 – Guardrail Improvements HSIPSL-5419(060)
2. The address of said owner is 44933 Fern Avenue, Lancaster, California 93534.
3. The location of said public improvement is as follows: PWCP 23-006 – Guardrail Improvements HSIPSL-5419(060).
See Attachment “A” for a list of project locations.
4. On March 26, 2024, a contract was entered into with AZ Construction Inc., dba ACE Fence Company for the construction, installation, and completion of the above-described public improv ement and work and filed for record in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lancaster.
5. The work was completed on February 7, 2025, by said compa ny according to the plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works and was accepted by the City Council on June 9, 2026. That upon said contract Developers Surety and Indemnity Company w as surety for the bond upon said contract and given by said company as required by law.
