EXHIBIT 1-R2: SCOPE OF SERVICES
The work to be performed under this Revised Task Order shall include all items previously described in Task Order 5, Exhibit 1, except as amended below.
Add the following after Task 5, 5.4 Plans (60%, 90% & 100% PS&E’s):
TASK 6 – ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS
For Locations 6 and 7 identified in the Project Background, Description, and Location section, Consultant shall perform all services identified in Task 1 through Task 5.
TASK 7 CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
7.1 General
Consultant shall provide design support during the construction for the project, including technical assistance throughout all phase of construction. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation and Maintenance of RE File
- Attend Pre-Construction Meeting (1, in-person)
- Respond to Requests for Information (15)
- Review Shop Drawings and Submittals (20)
- Attend Construction Meetings (6, virtual)
- Project Site Inspections (1, in-person)
- Prepare Record Drawings (upon completion of construction)
7.2 Deliverables
- Progress Reports
- Any and all documents obtained to prepare and maintain RE File - Final RE File
- Any and all documents obtained to respond to Requests for Information - All final Requests for Information
- Final Record Drawings (upon completion of project)
Except as expressly amended hereby, all other terms and conditions of the Task Order shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect in accordance with their original terms.

In support of Exhibit 3-R2, Consultant shall provide, and submit with their monthly invoice, a Fee Grid. The Fee Grid shall be itemizied by Task and shall list Personnel, Hours**, Rates and any other costs. *Payment shall be considered full compensation for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals for performing Roadway and Structures Engineering Services as required in Exhibit 1-R2. No separate payments shall be made for hourly rates, minimums, travel/mileage, subconsultants, outside services, preparation, per diem, reviews/signature, postage/freight, reproduction, etc.; unit prices as shown on Exhibit 3-R2 shall be all-inclusive. ** H
ours are for progress tracking purposes only. This is a lump sum not to exceed contract to provide services as described in Exhibit 1-R2, complete. Additional hours and associated costs will only be considered for change in scope and must be authorized in writing prior to expenditure.

The Pavement Engineering Inc fee for the work is based on the referenced RFP and our experience with similar projects performed for clients through
out the State of California.
Our total estimated project fee, excluding optional tasks, is broken down as follows:
