• Coordinate with FPH2 leadership, Board members, City executives, partner agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of regional energy initiatives.
• Prepare executive briefings, Board materials, strategic updates, and implementation reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into project progress, emerging opportunities, risks, and recommended next steps.

• Assist in developing and executing strategic communication plans that promote transparency, educate stakeholders, build community trust, and generate informed public support for major energy initiatives.
• Establish measurable performance indicators to evaluate implementation progress, communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and overall project success, providing regular executive reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing strategic counsel to City leadership on emerging issues, implementation challenges, intergovernmental coordination, and opportunities to strengthen Lancaster's leadership position within California's evolving energy ecosystem.
