SPECIAL MEETING
Vice Mayor Paulson called the special meeting to order at 3:08 P.M.
1. ROLL CALL & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
COUNCIL PRESENT: Scot Candell, Catherine Way, and Vice Mayor Gabe Paulson
COUNCIL ABSENT: Kevin Haroff and Mayor Dan Hillmer
STAFF PRESENT: Community Services Director Franklin Escobedo, City Clerk Alison Foulis, Assistant to City Manager Shannon O’Hare, City Manager Dan Schwarz, Public Works Director Julian Skinner, and City Attorney Sky Woodruff
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
No one from the public wished to comment.
3. BUSINESS ITEMS
3.1 DISCUSSION ABOUT DEVELOPING THE CITY’S PARCEL AT ROSE LANE
FOR THE NEW LARKSPUR LIBRARY, OPTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL CITY
FACILITIES AT THE ROSE LANE PARCEL, AND FUTURE USE OF THE CURRENT CITY HALL AT 400 MAGNOLIA
Council to receive presentation and provide direction.
Mayor Dan Hillmer joined the meeting at 3:13 p.m.
City Manager Schwarz and Public Works Director Skinner provided a presentation and answered questions from the Council.
The Council received public comment from:
• Matt Bearson
• Ann Morrison
• Dennis Gilardi
• Dawn Matheson
• Julie Allecta
• Joe Jennings
The Council discussed the options presented by staff and ideas raised during public comment.
Staff will bring back additional items for Council consideration at future meetings of the City Council.
4. ADJOURN
The Council adjourned the meeting at 4:40 p.m.
