Mayor Candell called the special meeting to order at 10:08 a.m.
1. CALL TO ORDER
COUNCIL PRESENT: Kevin Carroll (via teleconference), Gabe Paulson, Catherine Way, and Mayor Scot Candell
COUNCIL ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: City Clerk Alison Foulis, Administrative Services Director Emilia Gabriele, Assistant City Manager Shannon O’Hare, City Manager Dan Schwarz, and City Attorney Sky Woodruff
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
No one from the public wished to speak.
3. STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP
City Manager Schwarz provided updates to the Council on ongoing and anticipated projects and received feedback from the Council.
4. ADJOURN
Council adjourned the meeting at 2:58 p.m.
