The meeting was called to order at 12:00 P.M.
The Larkspur City Council and Parks and Recreation Commission, led by Recreation Director Stone, jointly conducted a tour of Larkspur’s parks, including:

Heatherwood Park
Tubb Lake
Marin Rowing Club
Niven Park
Bon Air Landing
Hamilton Park
Return to Piper Park
