SPECIAL MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Way called the special meeting to order at 3:08 p.m.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Stephanie Andre, Sarah Margulies, Gabe Paulson and Mayor Catherine Way
COUNCIL ABSENT: Scot Candell
STAFF PRESENT: City Clerk Alison Foulis, Administrative Services Director Emilia Gabriele, City Manager Dan Schwarz, and City Attorney Sky Woodruff
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
No one from the public wished to speak.
3. WORKSHOP – GENERAL FUND FISCAL HEALTH AND OUTLOOK
Councilmember Candell joined the meeting at 3:15 p.m.
The City Council discussed short and long-term values and objectives for the City as it pertains to the annual budget and provided feedback and direction to the City Manager. Discussion at the workshop included direction to return at Regular City Council meeting with presentations on the current service levels in each department and ways the city might adjust these levels to address budget issues. Also to be brought at a future meeting are discussions of cost recovery practices and revenue opportunities.

Mayor Way adjourned the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
