Staff is requesting that City Council:
• Approve the creation of CIP PS 22-41 Mossdale Roundabouts Improvements • Award a construction contract to FBDVanguard Construction, Inc. • Approve a related budget amendment transferring $1,105,000 from the TDALTF Street & Roads Fund (2140) to the CIP Project Fund (3310) to support the construction costs including any additional construction inspection services
