I have lived in the Valley since 1989. We need more affordable housing for people who have lived here for years.
Please, do not re zone the mobile home parks. We are families who work hard and this is all we can afford. I work as a CNA and I barely make above minimum wage. It is a skill and something I love to do helping the elderly. Not everyone’s job has increased to keep up with inflation. I have worked throughout this pandemic going to work everyday to help my residents and I have watched many die. I actually care so please care for the many working poor in our community.
